Basic Information
Alright so to start off, no I'm not being paid whatsoever to review these websites, these are my honest opinions and I've tried each and every one and gotten paid from them. Some better than others, but I can't really rank them on a list. Anyway, I hope this all helps.
Also, when I'm referring to survey sites I'm going to be saying GPT. That's what they're called.

Share Cash
Alright the picture to the right is my actual, unedited ShareCash statistics. Believe it or not I used ShareCash for about 6 months, with only a lot of work the first few weeks, and I earned about a sweet $500 dollars total. Enough about my experience, I'd have to nominate this my favorite earning website hands down. The amazing interface, the nice admins, the 100% on time payouts, and the way you earn is just great. Instead of survey websites, they pay you to allow others to download files, but first take a survey. Let me remind you I do not own any website nor did I own a blog when I used ShareCash, so expect a lot more than I made if you do. Like I said it's really easy to earn because they pay you around $0.50-$20.00 per survey a person takes. Pretty much if you upload a bunch of great files, make videos, a blog, a website or anything about them, people will most likely take the survey to download it. They payout via Paypal, check, Payoneer, Payquicker, Payza, and Bank Wire Transfers. Try it out. I suck at getting other people to download files, and heck I made $500, so you probably could too, just think of some good methods!

Instagc
Update: I've recently been informed by prizelive's facebook page that it has shut down. But they're other website, Instagc promises to be just like prizelive, member chat and everything, but sadly there's no Paypal payouts.. I've recieived a five dollar amazon gift card so far, and as the title of the website implies, they pay instantly. Try it yourself, they have plenty of ways to earn such as videos, trials, surveys, tasks, and even listening to music on the site's radio! Try it out, and I'd appreciate using my referral code:).

Prize Rebel
This has been my favorite for a long time. This was also the first survey site I started using. It's also one of the most popular, with multi-million members. Just like every survey site, they reward you for completing offers, surveys, and other tasks. They reward you via paypal, amazon gift card, tons of other gift cards, and you can custom-order prizes by giving them the link. Not to mention there's already a ton of cool prizes listed on there. I've been paid Multiple times on there, ranging from Custom orders, to paypal payouts.

Really great GPT website with a nice forum. I had some issues with the payout, sent in a report ticket and withing hours received a reply from an admin telling me he fixed it. I didn't use this one a lot, but I noticed offers tend to credit alot more frequently then usual. I think in total with a few hours of work on my account I earned about $20 in amazon gift cards. You can also earn various prizes and Xbox Live gift codes, along with other gift cards. Sadly no paypal here either, but offers do tend to credit nearly all the time so I give this website a high ranking.

CPALead
Own a website or blog? This website I don't use much myself (however have earned about $25.00 total), is a major way people actually work on the internet. If you own a popular streaming website, this is the earning program for you. Say you are streaming a movie. The visitors have to complete a survey before viewing and then boom, you get paid for about half or more of the survey's worth (usually around $1-$3). I couldn't earn much from this website, but I hope you can. If the other websites don't interest you, might as well try this.
